We have improved the load capacity of our shelves
The new generation of ALUPLAST shelves has been designed to offer a higher load capacity and superior structural strength, while maintaining the lightness and modularity that have always distinguished Brescancin products.
Thanks to the optimization of the metal profiles and the improved coupling between frame and shelves, our shelves now guarantee a higher capacity for the same dimensions, with minimal deflection even under heavy loads.
Laboratory tests carried out by CATAS S.p.A. certified the following results:
- ALUPLAST 1000x500 mm: load capacity up to 270 kg with a deflection of only 4.49 mm (0.49%)
- ALUPLAST 1500x500 mm: load capacity up to 200 kg with a deflection of 6.9 mm (0.49%)
- ALUPLAST 2000x500 mm: load capacity up to 150 kg with a deflection of 9.4 mm (0.49%)
These values demonstrate the significant structural improvement achieved: even the longer models maintain deformation below the maximum limit allowed (0.5% of shelf span) according to EN 16121:2023.
